One of our units were going out on us and we needed to have it replaced and we called around and got a few different quotes and Eddie gave us the best one. He had his guys come out the next day and they did a great job. We have a tight staircase and they had to go into the attic and they had no issues moving the old unit out and bringing up the new one. I couldn’t recommend Eddie and his team enough. I’d also like to add we had our carpet replaced a few months ago upstairs and I was worried about them possibly getting it messed up and dirty but they put plastic down which I really appreciated. Very quick response time and did a fantastic job. We have a second one that will need to be replaced eventually and we will be using Eddie again.

Has an AC compressor explode on a hot Saturday afternoon. Called and they came within 60 minutes. Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the faulty capacity which had exploded. Got things back up and running quickly, tested others parts of the system to ensure it was running properly. Fair prices and good customer service from both the call line and tech, wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Cant say enough positive things about this company. My AC went out and I got a couple quotes and when Eddie looked at them he told me exactly how the other companies were trying to rip me off and told me exactly how it should be fixed. Came in the next changed the part for a very reasonable price and now everything is working correctly. Highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

Erik was amazing and answered all my questions. I had six companies come out to bid for my project to install a second AC unit in my residence after converting a garage to a bedroom. No one could come close to the understanding of my need and the pricing was phenomenal. I will never consider using another company and will recommend to everyone I know. I called multiple companies as my ac went out sometime overnight. Many didn't call me back and the ones that did were less than concerned about getting me the help I needed. Look, there is a heat advisory and no ac is not a joke. I have 4 animals as well. Anyway, they seemed to take all of this into consideration and got me scheduled and even was able to make me one the first stops. Turns out, it was still under warranty and they were honest, professional, and straight up about fees and payments. I appreciate them and will use them in the future for any ac needs. Thanks!

Called them for annual maintenance. Ismael was the technician. They came the next day, on time and with a call beforehand. Did a very thorough inspection and cleaning. I did do some repairs (replace an underperforming capacitor) and added the freon he suggested. He thoroughly documented his work and instrument readings showing the need for the extra work. He was very polite and professional. Will use them again.

Ishmael, Erick , Daniel, and Angel provided awesome customer service and I can already feel the difference in my AC. I'll definitely be requesting this crew again.

I have used Eddie's on several occasions, at this point, I guess you'd say they're "my guy". They've done quite a lot of work, getting my upstairs AC unit working correctly. They do really good work, but I won't say that it has been perfect, but if we're honest with ourselves, very rarely is work perfect. What I can say is that they stand by their work. If you ultimately find that something is a little wonky, they will come out as soon as humanly possible and make things right. And to be honest... That goes a LOOOONG way with me. Mistakes happen, I can accept that, but the willingness to make things right without having to twist arms? That's rare and special. And in that respect, Eddie's is special.

I received quotes from 11 different companies and Eddie’s was the most professional, prompt and offered the best value for a Carrier system. The guys showed up on time, removed and installed the new system quickly, cleaned up behind themselves and very polite. I will be using them for sure when I replace my next system. Highly Recommended!!

We had an emergency situation and Eddie answered the phone and quickly got a technician out to us at a reasonable price. even after hours they were willing to help our family with a clogged drain that was leaking through the attic. As a new mom I was frantic about the potential of my baby overheating without the AC running but it was fixed within the hour and we are so thankful! Our technician Erik was courteous, prompt and professional. We highly recommend this company for those in the Katy area.

I have been struggling with an extremely hot room for almost 4 years. My mind kept thinking it was just my window and the position of my room in the house. But turns out there was an actual issue. The guys go in and out super quick. Gave me my own duct line Vs a shared and a bigger vent. I sleep like a baby now and my anxiety for a rough sweaty hot summer is gone. Thank you!

Eddie's is a first class operation! We had our AC unit go out and he was extremely quick to reply with a quote, options, and called immediately to discuss (on a Friday night). He had his guys at the house first thing Monday morning to begin demo and installation. Eddie's crew (Daniel, Ishmael, Eric and a 4th gentleman whose name I didn't catch) were outstanding. They completed the install of the new condenser, coil, and furnace in a day. They then came back to install upgraded duct work and a new thermostat. The crew was extremely professional, competent, efficient, and friendly. Eddie was prompt to follow up and ask how they performed, and they walked me through everything they had done before collecting payment and leaving the property. We will definitely be calling Eddie's again in the future for spring and fall check-ups and any maintenance needs we have.

I contacted Eddie's air conditioning service on Thursday to get my annual maintenance done. I spoke with Eddie directly and he told me he could have somebody out the following day. The technician that showed was Eric and he did an exceptional job, very efficient and professional he didn't have a maintenance tool on the truck at the time and he came back on Saturday at no additional charge just to make sure I received the annual service I needed. Outstanding job and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Eric visited on 11/11/22 to address an issue with my pilot light not lighting in my fournace. He was professional and very knowledgeable because my fournace is old. He identified the problem and resolved my issue in a timely manner. In addition, I advised him about a problem with my thermostat which he identified an issue with the relay mechanism and proceeded to change out the wire and installed a new thermostat for me. Just in time to heat my home as the temps started to drop that night. Thank you Eric & Eddie's AC & Heating!

This company was a life saver. I called them back in July in a must need AC check and potentially repair/replace. I called on a Thursday wishing and crossing my fingers they could come out same day. They could come after hours but at an extra cost. I decided to wait for the next day. Erica, the receptionist, told me she would see if someone could come out the same day. They made it happen. Someone was able to come out that day and determine that I needed a new system. I was scheduled for a replacement for Monday, then they called me and said they would have to come out Tuesday. Knowing I didn't have AC, they made it work and came out Monday. Thank goodness. Erica was so sweet, personable, and honestly that made the whole process bareable. First impressions are golden and I would absolutely recommend them and will continue to reach out to them. They didn't try to pressure us in anything, helped with financing, and making us feel very comfortable and blessed. I simply went online and found them and found they had great reviews. 1 install 1 repair after a lightning strike. Eddie took the call at 9pm. Installation and repairs, 2 service tickets, 3 different guys. All extremely professional and courteous. Erica also da bomb! When our AC went out on a Sunday evening, Eddie's was able to come out first thing the next morning. The repair was quick and inexpensive, and we were so pleased with the service that we asked for a quote for some ductwork and other issues with our system. We'd been given multiple quotes for the project, and Eddie's was the lowest of the bunch -- and they also proved that another company we'd used for years had exaggerated the extent of some moisture damage, and the actual work needed was less extensive than we'd thought. They came to do the entire job just 2 days later, and when they discovered that one of the plenums they intended to replace was actually perfect as it was, they took the new one back and the total ended up being even lower than expected. The service crew was friendly and professional, and we're so thankful to have the project checked off our list!

Sunday evening before Memorial Day the A/C went out. Earlier in the day, the drain line clogged and we were able to fix with a personal wet/dry vac. As the day went on, the humidity and warmth in the house started climbing. When it was realized, it was getting early into the evening. Went on Google and found Eddie's Heat and Air with positive reviews. Called and spoke with Eddie over the phone and he took time to talk through a few troubleshoot options even though we were not a regular customer. As the trials did not fix the AC we asked for a technician to come out as an emergency/after hours need. Technician arrived within 45 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. He then checked the full system and advised of a potential issue that may arise in the future but not an emergency problem at that time. With the phone assistance, responsiveness and thoroughness we will gladly call again for maintenance and any AC needs.

I called Eddie's at 3:30 in the afternoon, and they had their technician's to my house the next morning by 8:30 AM. Inspected the system, offered good guidance and assistance on repair vs. replace, and had the entire job (replace) completed in the same day. Couldn't ask for better service or more experienced employees to get the work completed than what was provided by Daniel and Ismail, If I remember their names correctly. Highly recommend this company and their service offerings.
